Return eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items are not eligible if returned after 14 days, used/washed, or marked as final sale.

Defective or incorrect items

If we sent you something defective, damaged, or just plain wrong — we are so sorry. Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll cover return shipping and send you a full refund or replacement right away.

Change-of-mind returns

Not feeling it? No judgment! As long as the item is unused and in original packaging, you can return it within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Simply return your item and place a new order — we'd love to see you find your perfect fit!
