We know you're excited to get your order — we're excited to send it! 🤎 Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and when to expect your Cak Comfort goodies.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time — but stay tuned, we're growing! 💛
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Heads up  As a new brand, processing times may occasionally run slightly longer during high-demand periods. We'll always communicate any delays with you directly — your patience means the world to us!
Shipping timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100! 🎉 For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please reach out to us.
Lost or stolen packages
Cak Comfort is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Waiting 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reaching out to us — we'll do our best to help!
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email below. We can only make address changes before your order has been processed. Cak Comfort is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
